Furthermore, we collect data related to your LinkedIn activity to provide a comprehensible, holistic understanding of content performance and its impact on your LinkedIn profile. These data include, but are not limited to, content statistics such as views and engagements of posts, as well as profile statistics and insights such as profile views, and network details related to connection and follower growth.

Personal data we receive from you: any personal data you provide to us of your own free will when contacting us. We may record your calls or document them in writing. We may collect personal data about you when you contact us, including via email, our Website, social media networks, or any other communications channel. Additionally, when you contact us through the Website, you provide us with the following information when sending a message: name, email address, and message content.

  1. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the processing of personal data by us as a data processor ("Data Processor") on behalf of you as our user ("Data Controller") in connection with the provision of our Website and/or Service.

Scope and Purpose of Processing:

D.1. The Data Processor shall process personal data only in accordance with the instructions of the Data Controller, or following this Policy, unless required by applicable law.

D.2. The Data Processor shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing personal data, in accordance with applicable law.

D.3. The Data Processor shall ensure that its personnel involved in the processing of personal data are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

D.4. The Data Processor shall promptly notify the Data Controller of any personal data breach that occurs in connection with the processing of personal data.

Rights of The Data Subjects:

E.1. The Data Processor shall assist the Data Controller in fulfilling its obligations to respond to requests from data subjects to exercise their rights under applicable data protection law.

E.2. The Data Processor shall promptly notify the Data Controller of any request received from a data subject to exercise their rights under applicable data protection law.

Sub-Processors:

F.1. The Data Processor may engage third-party sub-processors to assist in the provision of the Website and/or Service.

F.2. Where the Data Processor engages a sub-processor, it shall ensure that the sub-processor is bound by obligations of confidentiality and data protection that are no less protective than those set out in this DPA.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

G.1. This DPA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Delaware.

Definitions:

H.1. Capitalized terms used in this DPA shall have the meanings set out in the agreement between the parties or as otherwise defined in applicable data protection law.
